Personalized coloring book terms

Personalized Coloring Book is operated by Lou Han. It turns uploaded photos into AI-generated coloring pages. Details and likeness can change. Preview the first page before buying. The PDF is a digital product, not a printed or shipped book.

Upload only photos you have permission to use and share. Do not upload illegal material, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits, harasses or harms anyone. We may refuse service or remove material that violates these rules. Report a concern to hello@photocoloring.app; include enough information to locate it. We review reports within two business days, investigate, remove violating material and take further action when appropriate.

You must not use the site to create or share content that infringes anyone else's intellectual property, such as their songs, lyrics, music, images, characters or trademarks, or to pass content off as made or endorsed by a real artist, creator or brand. If you do, we remove the content, may block your access, and handle any payment under our refund policy.

You must not use the service for sexual content, violent or gory content (graphic injury, cruelty or extreme violence), or hate speech (hateful, discriminatory, demeaning or inciting content aimed at people because of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits).

The displayed price is a one-time payment for one digital book. The cover and first page can be previewed with a watermark. After payment, the rest of the pages are generated and the PDF can be downloaded. Generation takes time; if a page fails you can retry without losing your book credit. See the refund policy if we cannot deliver. The full book is a one-time purchase of $9.99. It contains a cover and twelve printable coloring pages in a downloadable PDF. No physical book is sent, and there is no subscription or recurring fee. Review the watermarked preview before deciding whether to purchase. If we cannot deliver the purchased book, contact support for help with a refund. Confirmed duplicate payments are refunded. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake.

The service is provided as is. AI-generated coloring pages may simplify or change details and likeness, and we do not guarantee they will match your photos. Our liability for each order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot be excluded by law.

The privacy policy explains how photos and generated pages are handled. Your book and photos are deleted after 30 days, or earlier when you use the deletion control. Download your PDF before deleting your book.

For questions about an order, email hello@photocoloring.app. Include the email used at checkout but do not send payment card details.
